GLADEE Banana Pass Card Case – Zipped Card Pouch
A card purse shaped like a banana, with the zip following the curve. At 190 × 85 × 30 mm it holds a commuter pass, a bank card and a few business cards without bending them, and it clips to a bag rather than living in a pocket.
Two designs: Ripe Banana, the yellow one with a slightly tired face, and Fresh Banana, the greener, wide-eyed one.
Designs, sizes and materials
- Fresh Banana — 190 x 85 x 30mm, Polyester
- Ripe Banana — 190 x 85 x 30mm, Polyester
Why a zip instead of a slot
The zip runs the length of the curve and opens wide, so cards go in flat. Nothing is clipped to a rail and there is no elastic band to stretch out over a year of use.
One limitation
The pouch is not RFID-blocking. If you rely on a shielded wallet, this is a plush holder, not a Faraday cage.
Frequently Asked Questions
Q: How big is the banana pass card case?
A: 190 × 85 × 30 mm, which is a standard credit-card length plus the banana tip.
Q: Will a Japanese IC commuter card fit?
A: Yes. A standard card is 85.6 × 54 mm; the pouch is 190 mm long, so the card sits flat with room for several more.
Q: Is it RFID blocking?
A: No. There is no shielding layer.
Q: Can it hold coins?
A: There is no separate coin pocket, but the 30 mm depth leaves room for a small amount of change alongside the cards.
Q: What is it made of?
A: Polyester with a zip and a clip on the end.
