The Propus 2 Quick Dry was specifically designed to work on slick textbook paper, which normally does not pair well with wet highlighters. This highlighter has less than 1/3rd the drying time of a conventional highlighter. No more turning wet textbook pages! This highlighter in the Propus 2 series still features a window so that you can clearly see what you are highlighting. Like all of the Propus 2, this highlighter also has a second tip so that you can use it for highlight-underlining.
